ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) has successfully completed its
capital increase against cash contribution. The entire volume of 1,687,441
new shares was placed at a price of 2.27 EUR per share with the current
shareholders of the company within the subscription period as well as in a
subsequent private placement with institutional investors. Nearly 90 per
cent of the overall volume was to be attributed to regular subscription and
over-subscription. The company considers this successful capital increase
and the high demand a vote of confidence in the market positioning and
growth strategy of ItN Nanovation, as a result of which the capital stock
of ItN Nanovation AG increased to 13.520.207 Euro, divided into the same
number of shares. The capital increase is expected to be published shortly
in the commercial register.
The gross cash inflow for the company amounts to 3.8 million EUR. The fresh
funds will be used to secure liquidity, strengthen the equity base and to
finance the expected growth of the company.
