Skanska makes land investment in Boston, USA, for USD 36 M, about SEK 234 M


Skanska USA Commercial Development has acquired Parcel L2 in South Boston’s
Innovation District with plans to develop a 40,000-square-meter office tower.
The total investment amounts to USD 36 M, about SEK 234 M.
Parcel L2 is situated immediately adjacent to the office tower 101 Seaport and
steps away from Parcel K, with a prospective residential tower with retail
space. All three locations are within a five minute walk from Boston’s Financial
District, the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and all major commuter
lines as well as access to interstates for easy access to Logan International
Airport.
