shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0007480204, WKN: 748020, have exceeded the threshold of 3% of the
Voting Rights on October 30, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.00% (this
corresponds to 1618534 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.00% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1618534 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

threshold of 3% of the Voting Rights on October 30, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.00% (this corresponds to 1618534 Voting Rights). According to
