Combination of Grene and Kramp completed
In reference to Announcement No. 9 of August 29, 2013 and the mention of the matter in Schouw & Co.'s interim report for the third quarter of 2013, we are pleased to confirm that the combination of Grene and Kramp has now been completed as planned.
Schouw & Co. holds a 20% ownership interest in the combined company, which will be Europe's largest supplier and distributor to the agricultural sector. The combined group will have revenue of close to DKK 5 billion and operations in 22 European countries.
