Due to the postponement of NASDAQ OMX Clearing's EMIR license approval, the merger and migration of NOS Clearing ASA into NASDAO OMX Clearing AB, which was planned to take place on the 2nd of  December 2013 will be delayed and will be executed early 2014, but not earlier than February 2014.

 

The postponement of the NOS Clearing migration will not affect the technical upgrade of Genium INET to 3.0201, to go live November 25th, 2013. All changes to OMnet API and activation of improvements will go live as planned.
