(the 'Company' or 'Kandi') (Nasdaq:KNDI), today announced that the first group of 200 Kandi Brand JL7001BEV four-passenger pure electric sedan vehicles are soon to be delivered to the public EV sharing system in Hangzhou (the "Project"). This delivery is to meet the market demand for the four-passenger pure EVs in addition to the two-passenger pure EVs currently used for the Project.

In the preparation of the delivery of the four-passenger EVs to the market, on November 10th, 2013, the officials from Department of Motor Vehicles ("DMV") of Hangzhou visited Kandi's facility in Jinhua to inspect the vehicles and completed these new vehicles license process.
