Offerings Include Fresh Fruit, Organic Power Greens


CHICAGO, Nov. 12, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flat Top Grill Restaurants today unveiled a selection of fresh seasonal items as the "perfect compliment" to its Asian-inspired cuisine.

The seasonal items menu features:

  • Blueberries – featuring a diverse range of micronutrients and adds a subtle flavor to any sauce.
  • Craisins – made with real fruit. Naturally fat-free and cholesterol-free, the dried cranberries provide a great source of fiber.
  • Organic power greens - rich in Iron, folic acid, and vitamins A, B, and C, this blend of baby kale, Swiss chard and spinach leaves can be eaten raw or cooked and is considered a super health food, especially tasty when stir fried.
  • Sweet potatoes – offer a great nutritional value and add a subtle, sweet flavor to any of Flat Top Grill's savory or spicy sauces.
