New shares in Affecto Plc entered into the trade register
Due to the share swap announced on 8 November 2013, a total of 391 460 new Affecto shares subscribed in the share issue directed to the shareholders of Affecto Management Oy, have been entered into the Trade Register today on 13 November 2013. The shareholder rights have commenced when the new shares have been entered into the Trade Register. In the share swap Affecto Plc acquired all the shares in Affecto Management Oy from group management.
New shares have been entered into the Finnish trade register on 13 November 2013. The shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 14 November 2013.
After the registration of the new shares, the number of issued Affecto Plc shares will increase to 22 285 195 shares, out of which the company itself will own 78 427 shares directly and 823 000 shares indirectly through Affecto Management Oy.
