Nordea Bank Finland Plc (the ”Issuer”) issues a series (A285) of Equity-Linked Notes due 12 March 2018, Tyske forbrugsvirksomheder 2018, denominated in Danish Kroner (“DKK”) with ISIN Code DK0030326392 and Common Code 099200111 (the "Notes").
The Notes are to be issued on 13 December 2013 and will be redeemed on 12 March 2018 in accordance with the “Replacement Basket” structure. The return of the Notes depends on the performance of a basket of fifteen (15) German equity shares (the “Reference Assets”) where the six (6) best performing Reference Assets will be replaced with a replacement factor of indicative 35.00 per cent (the “Replacement Factor”).

The offer period for the Notes will take place during the period from 18 November 2013, 9:00 CET until 6 December 2013, 16.00 CET.
