By the November 12, 2013 judgment of Liepaja Court on the civil case No C20261213, has proclaimed the insolvency process of the Joint Stock Company „LIEPĀJAS METALURGS”, registration number: 40003014197.
As the insolvency process administrator of the Joint Stock Company „LIEPĀJAS METALURGS”, has appointed certified administrator Haralds Velmers, certificate No: 00211, practice location: Kr. Barona street 33A-4, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia.”
In accordance with article 3 point 1 of the Council regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 of May 29, 2000 on insolvency proceedings has commenced the main insolvency procedure of the Joint Stock Company „LIEPĀJAS METALURGS” and to the insolvency process applies conditions of the Council Regulation No 1346/2000.
Creditor’s claim shall be submitted to Joint Stock Company „LIEPĀJAS METALURGS” administrator Haralds Velmers taking into account provisions of the Council Regulation No 1346/2000 and provisions of the Republic of Latvia Insolvency Law within one month from the day when the entry has been made in the register regarding the proclamation of the insolvency proceedings of the debtor, that is until December 13, 2013.
