On November 22, 2013, Goldin Fund Pte. Ltd., Singapore, Republic of
Singapore has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares the Voting Rights of Mr. Pan Sutong, China, on Gigaset AG,
Munich, Germany, have exceeded the 25% and 30% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 19, 2013 and on that day amounted to 42.20% (this
corresponds to 38546894 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 42.20%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 38546894 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Sutong via Goldin Investment (Singapore) Limited and
Goldin Fund Pte. Ltd..
On November 22, 2013, Goldin Fund Pte. Ltd., Singapore, Republic of
Singapore, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares the Voting Rights of Goldin Investment (Singapore) Limited,
Tortola, British Virgin Islands, on Gigaset AG, Munich, Germany, have
exceeded the 25% and 30% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 19,
2013 and on that day amounted to 42.20% (this corresponds to 38546894
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 42.20%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 38546894 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Goldin Investment (Singapore) Limited via Goldin Fund Pte.
