Viking Line Abp financial calendar, 2014

The Year-end Report of Viking Line Abp for 2013 will be published on February 13, 2014. An electronic version of the Annual Report for 2013 will be published during the week of March 3, 2014 on the Company’s website, http://www.vikingline.com/en/Investors-and-the-Group/. The printed Annual Report will be published during the week of March 17, 2014 and will be sent by post to the Company’s shareholders.

According to plans, Viking Line’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on April 16, 2014. A separate invitation to the AGM will be issued. An announcement of the AGM’s decisions will be published after the AGM has ended.

The Group’s Interim Reports for 2014 will be published as follows:

- The Interim Report for January – March: May 15, 2014

- The Interim Report for January – June: August 28, 2014

- The Interim Report for January – September: November 13, 2014

The Year-end Report and the Interim Reports will be published at approximately 9.00 a.m. Finnish time on each respective date in Swedish, Finnish and English.
