On 27 November 2013, National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter “Commission“) adopted a decision to publish AB LESTO prices for electricity transportation service and public electricity and their application procedures effective from 1 January 2014.
In addition, Commission adopted a decision to approve the method of differentiation of prices of electricity transportation service of AB LESTO.
Due to decrease of public service obligations, transmission, system and distribution service prices for year 2014:
- as from 1 January 2014, public electricity prices for household customers decrease by an average of 2.48 cents/kWh (including VAT) (5.2 percent);
- as from 1 January 2014, electricity transportation service prices for business customers that receive electricity from medium-voltage electricity networks decrease an average 3.10 cents/kWh (VAT not included) (18.2 percent), for those receiving from low-voltage electricity networks – 3.4 cents/kWh (VAT not included) (14.6 percent).
Electricity transportation services and public electricity price changes will have no significant influence on net financial result of AB LESTO.
