On November 26, 2013, Mr Won-Lak Choi, Südkorea has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
iQ Power AG, Zug, Schweiz, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on December 17, 2012 and on that day amounted to 8.89% (this
corresponds to 57126000 Voting Rights).
