(Værdipapirhandelsloven), we hereby announce that Roblon A/S has been informed
by InvesteringsRådgivning A/S, Østergade 27b, DK-7400 Herning that the company
has sold shares in Roblon A/S and hereafter controls a total portfolio of shares
in Roblon A/S which corresponds to 12.10 % of the share capital and 5.05 % of
the voting rights.
