Caverion assumes responsibility for maintenance of Bank of Finland’s properties

 

The building systems company Caverion and the Bank of Finland have signed an agreement on the service and maintenance of properties and building systems. The agreement covers premises in Helsinki and property in Vantaa. The contract is effective from 1 April 2014.

Caverion will take care of servicing and maintaining the plumbing, ventilation, electrical and building automation systems of the Bank of Finland’s properties. The contract also includes the development of the properties’ energy efficiency.  A Caverion specialist, an energy manager, will monitor energy consumption in the properties, identify opportunities for savings and optimisation and report on the measures taken.
