DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, informed us pursuant
to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on November 27, 2013 its voting rights in
DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have exceeded the thresholds of 5 % and 10
% and on that day amounted to 13.97 % (equivalent  9,581,735 voting
rights). Of these voting rights, 11.68 % (equivalent  8,009,633 voting
rights) are to be attributed to DIC Opportunity Fund GmbH pursuant to
Article 22 Section 2 WpHG.

Of the following shareholder, whose attributed voting rights in DIC Asset
AG amount to 3 % or more, voting rights are to be attributed to DIC
Opportunity Fund GmbH:
