Securities Trading Act) (share)

DIC Beteiligungsgesellschaft bÃ¼rgerlichen Rechts, Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, informed us pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on November
27, 2013 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have
exceeded the threshold of 10 % and on that day amounted to 14.52 %
(equivalent  9,960,759 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 0.55 %
(equivalent 379,024 voting rights) are to be attributed to DIC
Beteiligungsgesellschaft bÃ¼rgerlichen Rechts pursuant to Article 22 Section
1 Sentence 1 No. 2 WpHG and 11.34 % (equivalent 7,778,170 voting rights)
are to be attributed to DIC Beteiligungsgesellschaft bÃ¼rgerlichen Rechts
pursuant to Article 22 Section 2 WpHG.

Of the following shareholder, whose attributed voting rights in DIC Asset
AG amount to 3 % or more, voting rights are to be attributed to DIC
Beteiligungsgesellschaft bÃ¼rgerlichen Rechts pursuant to Article 22 Section
