Release of announcements of voting rights notifications according to
Article 21 Section 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) (share)

 1. Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, informed us
    pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on November 27, 2013 its
    voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have exceeded the
    thresholds of 3 %, 5 % and 10 % and on that day amounted to 12.32 %
    (equivalent 8,446,694 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 0.02 %
    (equivalent 15,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to Commerzbank
    Aktiengesellschaft pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6
    WpHG.

 2. Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, informed us
    pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on November 29, 2013 its
    voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen below the
    thresholds of 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and on that day amounted to 0.02 %
    (equivalent 15,000 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 0.02 %
    (equivalent 15,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to Commerzbank
    Aktiengesellschaft pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6
    WpHG.
