In addition, the Company announced that recent severe winter weather in West Texas has negatively impacted production. Unexpected low temperatures and heavy icing resulted in wide-range power outages, facility downtime, and oil hauling constraints, the extent of which is undetermined at this time.

Cary Brown, Legacy's Chairman, President and CEO, said, "Similar to other operators in the Permian, particularly the Midland Basin, the extreme cold weather has caused unexpected production downtimes. I am thankful for our field-level employees and the work they have done to bring wells back online. We look forward to completely restoring our affected operations. Lastly, our thoughts and prayers go out to the residents still without power or who were otherwise directly impacted by the storm."
