Ablynx [Euronext Brussels: ABLX] today announced, in accordance with Article 14 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the publication of major shareholdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Transparency Law"), that it received a notification of shareholdings from Perceptive Advisors LLC (US).
The above shareholder notified that they have exceeded the 3% threshold and now hold 2,077,590 long-based Ablynx shares, which represent 4.24% of the current 48,992,646 outstanding shares of Ablynx.
