As of 6 December 2013 Edward Köster, former Commercial Director of Kaubamaja AS assumes office as the member of the management board of AS TKM King.
The former member of the management board of AS TKM King Enn Parel, who has worked at several managerial positions in the Tallinna Kaubamaja Group since 2001, will pursue entrepreneurship outside the Tallinna Kaubamaja Group.
Edward Köster has long-time work experience in commerce from inside and outside of the Tallinna Kaubamaja Group. Köster started working for the Tallinna Kaubamaja Group in 2000 first as a Marketing Director and thereafter as the Commercial Director. In 2007–2011, he led a number of different retail chains belonging to the Finnish company L-Fashion Group such as Aleksi 13, Your Face, and Luhta. Köster has been working on the position of Commercial Director of Kaubamaja AS since 2011.
Edward Köster does not own any shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS.
