Tribona AB (publ) aquires logistics property in Norrköping with financing by Handelsbanken

Tribona has, via company, aquired a logistics property in Norrköping with a property value of approximately SEK 173m. Seller is the property company AxFast which is an independent Group within the Axel Johnson Group.

The property Adaptern 1 in Norrköping is a logistics property located in a good logistics position near E6/E22 with a lettable area of 28 429 sq.m. The property is fully leased to Martin & Servera AB, who has a lease agreement extending five years. Financing of the property will be provided with Handelsbanken which becomes a new lender to Tribona. The loan agreement runs for five years.

Access will be 18 December 2013 and at the same time the purchase price will be paid.
