Burton, a native to the Newnan, Ga., area, started his career as a Fleet Truck Mechanic at North Georgia Turf. From there, he was employed by Setco for 12 years. Burton was hired in as a top level mechanic and trainer, experienced in computer diagnostics. He was then promoted to shop foreman and overseen 26 shop mechanics.
With his strong commercial truck service background Burton is a great addition to the American Truck Showrooms Atlanta management team.
American Truck Showrooms opened in March. The dealership is located off Interstate 85 in Newnan, south of the Atlanta airport.
