S.A.G. Solarstrom AG: Rating suspended

Freiburg i. Br., December 6, 2013. Creditreform Rating AG informed S.A.G.
Solarstrom AG (German security identification number: 702 100, ISIN:
DE0007021008), Freiburg i. Br., late this afternoon that it has suspended
the corporate rating (previously BB+) for S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (Group)
based on the ad hoc notification of November 29, 2013 and the revised
earnings forecast contained in this notification (rating: n.r. / not
rated). An update of the rating will require a new analysis of S.A.G.
Solarstrom AG's key financial figures. The documents have also been
requested today. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG is now checking the steps required to
be able to once again present the rating necessary for the listing of bonds
in the Entry Standard for corporate bonds.
