On December 09, 2013, Mr Patrick Winkler, Schweiz has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
OpenLimit Holding AG, Baar, Schweiz, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on December 03, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.32% (this
corresponds to 637000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.42% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 80000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Winkler.
