JM has signed an agreement to sell the Gästabudet 2 property in Nälsta,
Stockholm. The transaction is worth SEK 114 m and will be reported in Q4 2013
with gains of SEK 15 m.

Gästabudet 2 has 102 apartments and other premises. The buyer, HSB Stockholm,
will take over the property in January 2014, and payment will be made at that
time.
