NASDAQ OMX WELCOMES SANITEC TO THE MAIN MARKET

Stockholm, December 10 2013 — NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announced that Sanitec Oyj (short name: SNTC), a Mid Cap company within the Industrials sector, has started trading of its shares on the main market of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Sanitec is, including switches, the 15th company to list at NASDAQ OMX’s Nordic main markets in 2013 (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm; Helsinki; Copenhagen and Iceland).

Sanitec is a leading bathroom ceramics specialist with a strong pan-European portfolio of locally well-established brands. Sanitec markets its products through five geographical regions in Europe, mainly in Northern and Western Europe with a strong growth platform in Eastern Europe, in addition to its international export organisation.
