The decision is conditional upon that Candyking Holding AB can meet the requirements regarding liquidity.
The company has today on December 11 2013 published a press release with information that it will publish a supplement to the prospectus and that there will be an extension of the application period for the Offering. Therefore the first day of trading has been postponed to December 16, 2013.
