Securities Trading Act), that its share of the total voting rights in Sky
Deutschland AG, Medienallee 26, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3% on 4 December 2013 and amounted to 2.999% on this day. This
corresponds to 26,314,591 voting rights.

1.075% of these voting rights (this corresponds to 9,428,157 voting rights)
are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

1.925% of these voting rights (this corresponds to 16,886,434 voting
rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford & Co in accordance with sec. 22
