NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. (the Exchange) has approved N1 hf.‘s (ID no. 540206-2010) (N1) request for admission to trading on the Exchange‘s Main Market. On 3 December 2013 the Exchange approved N1‘s request conditional on the company fulfilling requirements on the distribution of shares. Those requirements have now been satisfied. The first day of trading in N1’s shares will be 19 December 2013.
