Eternity Healthcare and GMEA announced earlier this year that the two companies are merging. The merger is going through faster than expected as the auditors have given indications that the GMEA audit will be completed by the end of December 2013. The management of both companies believes following completion of the audit the share exchange agreement will take only a few weeks to complete. Thus the merger is expected to be completed before the end of January 2014.
