Financial calendar 2014
Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S has planned the following dates in 2014 for annual and interim reports and the annual general meeting, etc.:
| 11 March 2014 | Annual report 2013 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
| 12 March 2014 | Final deadline for any shareholder requests to include specific issues on the agenda for the annual general meeting |
| 23 April 2014 | Annual general meeting (Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Falkoner Allé 9, DK-2000 Frederiksberg at 15:00 hours CET) |
| 13 May 2014 | Interim report – first quarter 2014 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
| 13 August 2014 | Interim report – first half-year 2014 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
| 12 November 2014 | Interim report – third quarter 2014 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
