informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Manz AG, Reutlingen, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 11, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.04% (this corresponds to 150000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.04% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
150000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
 
On December 11, 2013, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London,
United Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Manz AG, Reutlingen, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 11, 2013
and on that day amounted to 3.04% (this corresponds to 150000 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.04% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
150000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
