Biohit Oyj’s Board of Directors has on December 16, 2013 decided to distribute option rights in class I 2013B of the option scheme I 2013 to Johnson Graham 10.000 pcs and 2013C of the option scheme I 2013 to Campolunghi Antonella 5.000 pcs and Patrakka Ilari 5.000 pcs.
For option rights in class 2013B share subscription period commences on June 1, 2015 and ends on May 31, 2019.
For option rights in class 2013C share subscription period commences on June 1, 2016 and ends on May 31, 2019.
