The share capital of the following share will be reduced on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 19 December 2013. At the same time the face value of the shares will be changed from DKK 1 to DKK 0.10.
On a general meeting in Nordic Shipholding it was adopted to reduce the share capital by reducing the face value per share.
