Bridge financing

Dannemora Mineral has been in dialogue with investors regarding a bridge
financing of Dannemora Magnetit for financing of the company’s current
operation. The parties have reached an agreement regarding the main terms of a
bridge financing, scheduled to be paid out at the beginning of January 2014.

Implementation of the bridge financing is subject to approval from at least two
thirds of the holders of the senior bonds. The company has today summoned to a
bond holders’ meeting to be held 30 December, to obtain such approval. The
proposal is supported by more than 60 percent of the bondholders. The dialogue
regarding a long term solution for the financing of the planned investments
continues.
