Diversified Restaurant Holdings Completes 2013 Expansion Plans by Opening Its Buffalo Wild Wings(R) in Gaylord, Michigan

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Dec. 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:BAGR) ("DRH" or the "Company"), the creator, developer, and operator of the unique, full-service, ultra-casual restaurant and bar Bagger Dave's Freshly-Crafted Burger Tavern® ("Bagger Dave's") and one of the largest franchisees for Buffalo Wild Wings® ("BWW"), opened a BWW restaurant in Gaylord, Michigan on Sunday, December 15, 2013.

Michael Ansley, President and CEO, stated, "Our BWW restaurant is in an ideal location in front of Meijer, a regional hypermarket. The northern Michigan area is a beautiful region with an abundance of outdoor recreation activities and has been an attractive area for both of our concepts. Additionally, the location is right off of I-75, a major exit when driving up north, and is either en route to the Upper Peninsula or is the exit taken for the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area, a popular vacation area. We believe the local community and visitors will embrace the BWW experience, and look forward to delighting our guests."

The Company increased its Midwestern presence in 2013, opening a total of ten locations between its two concepts and has plans to add another eleven restaurants in 2014.
