GmbH, registered at the company register of the district court Innsbruck,
Austria, under FN 404046k.

Waiving all statutory and corporate requirements regarding formalities and
time limits for convening and announcing a shareholder meeting, the
shareholder decides as follows:

As of today, the shareholder increases the free capital reserve by
1'900'000.00 EUR.
