CHANGES IN PKC GROUP’S ORGANISATION AND EXECUTIVE BOARD

PKC Group’s wiring systems businesses in Europe and South America shall be consolidated under the same leadership as of 1 January 2014. Current wiring systems business leader Jani Kiljala shall take over also the wiring systems business in South America as President, Wiring Systems, Europe and South America. Current South American wiring systems business leader’s Pekka Korkala’s Executive Board membership shall end. Pekka Korkala shall continue as Brazil’s country manager with offices in Curitiba, Brazil and he shall report to Jani Kiljala.
