Aero Engines AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amount to 2.66%
(1,384,167 voting rights) as per this date.

Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent 1 no.6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.

2. Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on December 16, 2013 the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
amount to 2.48% (1,290,143 voting rights) as per this date.

2.48% (1,290,143 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings SARL pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent 1 no.6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

3. Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London, United Kingdom,
gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on December 16, 2013 the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
amount to 2.37% (1,232,489 voting rights) as per this date.

2.37% (1,232,489 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent 1 no.6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

4. Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, gives
notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on December 16, 2013 the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
amount to 2.37% (1,232,489 voting rights) as per this date.

2.37% (1,232,489 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
