Serabi Gold plc (AIM:SRB, TSX:SBI), the Brazilian focused gold exploration and development company, announces the resignation of Mr Christopher Kingsman as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Kingsman commented that "the Company's fundamental prospects are now the best since becoming involved in 2009. This is a good opportunity to step down and dedicate more time to my other ventures. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to serve on the Board."
Mr Sean Harvey, the Chairman of Serabi, said; "Mr. Kingsman has been instrumental in the development of the Company during some of its most difficult times and the board greatly appreciates his contribution as a director of Serabi. We all wish him well in his endeavours."
