After signing the agreement by shareholders of Ginvildos investicija UAB, the structure of shareholders of this company has changed. Gintautas Pangonis, the President and the Chairman of the Board of GRIGISKES AB became the only shareholder of Ginvildos investicija UAB, owning 100 percent of shares of this company after the minority shareholders has transferred their shares. This transaction also resulted the changes in numbers of owned shares of GRIGISKES AB. For more information see the attachments.
