AS Cresco Väärtpaberid, a Certified Adviser on alternative market First North, today informed NASDAQ OMX Tallinn about having given Telescan AS a notice about termination of the agreement concluded between the certified adviser and the issuer. According to clause 20.3 of the rules of First North, The Certified Adviser shall provide the Issuer with six months prior notice before termination of the agreement.
