Pursuant to the Financial Instruments Market Law, herewith joint-stock company “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” (hereinafter - the issuer) informs investors about a significant event - the lawsuit brought by the issuer in the Administrative Court against the State Revenue Service about cancellation of the decision of the General Director of the State Revenue Service and additional payment of the fine of LVL 124 945,49 in the budget charged in respect of the issuer in the result of a tax audit.
On the future course of the lawsuit the issuer shall inform investors additionally.
