Change in number of shares and votes in TransAtlantic

The rights issue recently carried out by Rederi AB TransAtlantic has resulted in
the number of shares and votes in the company having increased during December
2013 by 36,967,566 shares (2,423,947 A-shares and 34,543,619 B-shares) and
58,783,089 votes, respectively. As of 30 December 2013, there are in total
147,870,266 shares (9,695,789 A-shares and 138,174,477 B-shares) and 235,132,367
votes in the company.
