Logwin AG: Sebastian Esser appointed new CFO
Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) - The Board of Directors of Logwin AG has
appointed Sebastian Esser (39) member of the company's Executive Committee
with effect from January 1, 2014. Mr Esser will be assuming the
responsibility of Chief Financial Officer. As previously announced, the
current CFO, Dr. Antonius Wagner, will be appointed CEO following the
Annual General Meeting on April 9.
Mr Esser has already held various senior management positions within the
Logwin Group since 2003. As Director Finance (Group Treasury and Investor
Relations) he coordinated all group capital market activities between 2006
and 2009 and was responsible in particular for reorganising the Group's
financing. As Director Finance he has been responsible for the commercial
functions at business unit Europe Middle East in the business segment Air +
Ocean since 2009. 'I am delighted to welcome an experienced financial
expert from among our ranks to the position of CFO on the Executive
Committee in the person of Sebastian Esser and wish him every success in
his new function,' says Berndt-Michael Winter, Chairman of the Board of
Directors and CEO of Logwin AG.
