Nordic Shipholding changes its management

With reference to company announcements no. 9 and 15/2013 published on 22 November 2013 and 19 December 2013, respectively, Philip Clausius has as of 2 January 2014 been appointed as CEO of Nordic Shipholding.  He replaces Thomas Andersen who has resigned as of the same date.  Philip Clausius is also CEO of Transport Capital Pte. Ltd.
