Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, United States of America, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in
KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne,
Germany exceeded the threshold of 5% on December 27, 2013 and amounted to
5.19% (2,579,432 voting rights) on this date.
Of these voting rights, a total of 4.91% (2,439,432 voting rights) are to
be attributed to Morgan Stanley pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG via following companies, whose percentage of voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG amounts to 3% or more:
- Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC
- Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc.
- Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC
Additional 0.28% (140,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to Morgan
Stanley pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
section 22 (1) sent. 2 WpHG.
