At a general meeting in Sparekassen Himmerland A/S and delegate meeting in Sparekassen Hobro the merger between the two companies was adopted. Sparekassen Himmerland is the continuing company. Due to the merger the share capital in Sparekassen Himmerland will be increased and the name will be changed to Jutlander Bank A/S.
Admittance to trading and official listing of new shares and the name change will take effect on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 8 January 2014.
